Delivery Info

At Abyss we go out of our way to make delivery as quick and painless as possible. We do aim to deliver as many of our products as we are able to free of charge, however this is not always possible and with certain products, there may be a charge.

As the exact costs may vary from time to time, the delivery cost for your order may sometimes be slightly incorrect. Generally, the delivery costs are right, but with larger orders, the delivery costs are more of an estimate. If this is the case, we will contact you by telephone if we spot an error to discuss what you would like to do.

Similarly, we can not always give a guaranteed delivery date. We can always give a close estimate, but in the same manner as the delivery fee, if we come across a problem, we will get in touch straight away. If we can solve a delivery issue in any way, we will try our best to do so, whatever it takes

Delivery will always be made (except in cases where the item is out of stock, etc) as soon as your payment is cleared. For example, a cash payment made on a Monday will mean that, depending on the time, your order will be sent out the same day. Payment by cheque, bank transfer or similar, however, will result in the delivery being delayed until the payment has cleared.

In the case of you requiring a product to be delivered by a certain date, we always recommend that you either give us a call or send an email to confirm the time required to ship the product to you, to avoid any disappointment. We can also delay the delivery if you need it to arrive on a certain day and not before.

In the unlikely but unfortunate event that your order is recieved with parts missing, incorrect parts or damaged, we will need to be informed as soon as possible to avoid any further delays. The solution to a missing part is to ship another out straight away. In the case of an incorrect or damaged product, a replacement will normally be sent as soon as the product with you is confirmed as collected. On occasion, a damaged product will be repaired rather than replaced, however this is rare.
